Enrollment & Disenrollment

· When your loved one enrolls in AllCARE for Seniors, our interdisciplinary team provides and coordinates ALL health care services.

· The health care team must approve all services, except emergency care.

· AllCARE for Seniors will not pay for unauthorized, non-emergency services.

· Participants may disenroll from AllCARE at any time and continue their usual Medicare and Medicaid benefits.
