Who is eligible to participate in AllCARE for Seniors PACE?

 

Individuals:

 

· who are age 55 years or older; and

· who live in Buchanan, Dickenson, Russell, or Tazewell County; and

· who meet nursing facility level of care but are able to live safely in the community.

 

AllCARE for Seniors

is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

PACE is a program of the Commonwealth of Virginia

& Appalachian Agency for Senior Citizens (AASC)
