What is AllCARE For Seniors?
AllCARE for Seniors is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
AllCARE for Seniors is a complete health care program that offers a more personal way of getting health care. The entire AllCARE for Seniors team want to get to know you on a personal level and develop your best plan of care with you and your family.
It is our goal to help you stay as independent as possible. In order for us to attain that goal, we offer a complete program of health care and health related services, all designed to keep you living in your own home and community for as long as possible.
AllCARE for Seniors provides a range of services twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year. AllCARE for Seniors arranges and coordinates any hospital care, nursing facility treatment or stays that may be needed for the participant.
Specialized health care workers will watch for changes in your condition, provide treatment, and encourage you to do things for yourself. Special medical services such as hearing, dentistry, vision, psychiatry and speech therapy will be provided and coordinated through AllCARE for Seniors along with the basic needs listed below:
