(PACE)

PACE is a program of the Commonwealth of Virginia

& Appalachian Agency for Senior Citizens (AASC)

· The AllCARE for Seniors PACE program offers a long-term care solution for your loved one.

· By coordinating, providing, and supervising all the home and health care services your aging family member needs, we help the one you love stay safe and comfortable at home.

· Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of frail, older adults and support their independence.

· AllCARE enables your family member to live at home as long as it is medically and socially possible.

· By doing so, we help preserve the dignity of the older adult and maintain the family circle.
